6 nights - 7 days all inclusive stay designed for people who like to experience Tuscany from within. This school produces its own organic extra virgin olive oil and the olive harvest is for our guests a great chance to be part of one of the most joyful experience of country life in Tuscany.

Combined with the 3 cooking classes in a traditional family kitchen, you'll have an opportunity to engage in a truly unique experience: picking olives and participating in the process of olive pressing and extra virgin olive oil making. An olive oil tasting class, under the guidance of an expert, is included into the weekly schedule.

This course is available in November. Cooking on this time of the year is based on truffles, mushrooms, pumpkin, stew, and soups. It's winter cooking....and fresh made extra virgin olive oil will be the KING in the kitchen of course, along with the new olive chefs (YOU!)

Daily excursions to art cities, medieval towns, open markets, food and wine producers complete this authentic experience on real Tuscan life and cooking.

• Transportation & Transfers from/to Pontedera Train Station or Pisa/Florence Airport (after 3 pm on arrival and before 10 am on departure date). Please note that schedules must be coordinated with all persons in the weekly program and pickup will be scheduled in the afternoon of the arrival date (no later than 8 pm). On departure dates, transfers are scheduled between 8 am and 9:30 am. For early and late departures, the school is happy to contact a taxi service for an additional fee.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

Booking deposit is 25% of the total per person (non-refundable)

Reservations made 60 days or less before the arrival date requires the payment of the full rate.

Balance is due in full 60 prior days to the date of your visit.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:

Deposits are non-refundable

30 to 59 days before arrival date 50% refund. Within 30 days of arrival date - sorry, but no refund is available; the school reserves the right to alter its programs.

We highly advise you to purchase travel insurance in the event of emergency, illness, change in your itinerary, accident or act of God, which we are not responsible for covering.

No refunds will be provided for any non-refundable amounts paid unless the class or course is canceled by the school due to unforeseeable reasons and in this instance, we are not held responsible for anything other than refunding the monies paid, less wiring and credit card fees. Under no circumstances shall we be held responsible for any additional refunds of purchases made by the students for travel related expenses, or otherwise.
