Chef Tiziano is the owner and Executive Pastry Chef of an exclusive pasty Shop in Amalfi, Italy. Prior to opening a pastry shop in Amalfi with his wife Mafaldo, he worked in some of the finest establishments throughout Europe, including the famed Restaurant Pierre Gagnaire, a 3 Michelin Star restaurant in Paris, France and Restaurant Roseelinis, in the deluxe Hotel Palazzo Sasso in Ravello.
It was Hotel Palazzo Sasso that Chef Tiziano played an integral part in gaining international fame by earning the hotels first of two Michelin star and forever putting it on the international map, as one of the world's best hotels.
Chef Tiziano is a professionally trained chef and earned the degree of I.P.S.S.A.R at the Brindisi School in his hometown of Montevicoli, Ceglie Messapica. He also gained experience at the “Glass House” in Kew Garden, Hammersmith, London and at Per Bellini, a 1 Michelin star restaurant in Isola Rizza, Verona.
Chef Tiziano is fluent in Italian, French and English and is a dynamic, motivated, enterprising pastry chef with an outgoing personality and guarantees a professional, yet fun experience in teaching your pastry class on the Amalfi Coast.
