TWO NIGHT SORRENTO PIZZA ESCAPE
Description:
Your two-night package allows you to relax and enjoy all that this charming city has
to offer. You'll learn the secrets in making the perfect Napolitan pizza in a special 3 course
cooking class and explore the flavors of the area on your full day Amalfi Coast tour to include a tour of a local olive mill to discover what makes the olive trees unique in this area - different than any other region in Italia!
DAY ONE
Arrive at 2 pm and check in to your lovely accommodations in the heart of Sorrento.
Relax on the terrace or enjoy the sites of Sorrento at your leisure.
4:30 pm - Get ready ‘to get your hands dirty’ with Ciao Laura's exclusive 3 course
cooking lesson focusing on the art of Napolitan pizza making. You will then enjoy the fruits
of your labor complete with an appetizer, a variety of delicious pizza served with wine.
DAY TWO
After a glorious nights rest, arise to a breakast at the B & B
9 am - Today you'll enjoy a full day exploring the Amalfi Coast with a professional driver with stops at your leisure for up to 9 hours. Your day will begin with a visit to a local olive mill for a tasting of local olive oil before arriving on the breathtaking Amalfi Coast where you will explore, shop and dine at your leisure. Stops include the villages of Postiano, Amalfi and Ravello (time permitting).
6 pm - Arrival in Sorrento and dinner on your own at one of the local establishments.
DAY THREE
To ensure you are completely relaxed, take advantage of late check out at 12 pm

- Hands-on Pizza Making Class (as below)
- Full day Amalfi Coast Drive with a professional driver to include a tour and tasting at a local family owned olive mill
- Continental Buffet Breakfast served on the Pool Terrace
- Welcome aperitivo served in guest room or on the pool terrace - Late checkout at 12 pm
Description of your pizza lesson:
Come to Sorrento and learn the art of the traditional Italian pizza – a dish at the heart of every
Napolitano. Set in the kitchen of a family owned property; your hands-on class focuses on the
essential techniques needed to recreate the perfect pizza in your home.
Unique to Ciao Laura,
your special 3-course class also includes a typical Italian entrée and desert, all of which will be
enjoyed at lunch on the pool terrace.
Ciao Laura Menu:
Entrée – Involtini di Peperoni or Parmigiana di Melanzane (depending on ingredients of the day)
Main – Pizza making (various toppings supplied, then cooked in the traditional wood fire oven)
Dessert – Torta Caprese or Tiramisu (depending on ingredients of the day)
Pizza never tasted this good and once you have practiced making your own authentic Neapolitan style pizza, you will be equipped with the necessary skills to recreate the experience right in the comforts of your very own home (alas, perhaps without the lemon trees, unless you are very lucky!)

Terms of Payment and Cancellation Policy:
DEPOSIT
Upon confirmation of availability, a deposit of 30% and the completed and submitted registration form will secure your reservation. Final payment is due in full 60 days before your arrival date. If you are booking this class within 60 days of arrival, payment is due in full at time of booking to confirm your placement in the program.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If client cancels this package at least 45 days prior to the date of the package tour, a 50% refund of deposit will be made to the client within 30 days of the request. If client cancels any portion of the program 45 days or less from the first date of the itinerary, no refund will be made for any reason and 100% of the package price will be forfeited. This is non-negotiable.
Should a vendor or tour guide need to cancel any portion of your trip, a full refund for the canceled activity only will be made to the client within 30 days of cancellation by the supplier at the list price at time of booking.
