PROGRAM STARTS ANY DAY OF THE WEEK, BASED ON AVAILABILTY
Spend 3 glorious nights in the heart of Sorrento - tasting, touring and relaxing on a Neapolitan culinary vacation package - you choose the dates and we create the experience!
Day One
Arriving in Naples airport or train station, you'll be greeted by a friendly English speaking professional driver who will whisk you away to your luxury B & B situated in the heart of Sorrento.
Your accommodations are ideally situated less than 10 minutes on foot from the famous Piazza Tasso, a few steps more to the marina to catch the ferry and surrounded by wonderful restaurants, gelateria's and so much more!
Upon arrival, you'll be greeted to a welcome drink. Time to relax and settle in to your accommodations.
Tonight you'll enjoy a wonderful cooking lesson based on the art of Neapolitan pizza making in an authentic wood oven - buonissimo!
Your pizza lesson includes an appetizer, pizza as your main course and dessert.
Day Two
Breakfast in your B & B
After breakfast, you'll enjoy a personal guided tour of a local family owned mozzarella cheese and a limoncello producer.
During your tour, you’ll learn the history and making of local mozzarella cheese and finally, you’ll have the opportunity to braid fresh mozzarella! You'll also be treated to a personal tour of a local limoncello producer to taste the local digestives that are famous in this area!
After the factory tours, you'll roll up your sleeves and prepare to make your very own fresh mozzarella cheese by hand from start to finish and limoncello - all in the comfort of a beautiful garden setting tucked away in the hills of the peninsula.
A delicious tasting of the products you have personally made will be served with wine, limoncello and bottled water.
Upon conclusion of your limoncello and mozzarella tours, you'll receive a transfer back to your accommodations and have the afternoon free to explore the area at your leisure.

Day Three
Breakfast in your B & B
In the morning, you'll enjoy a short ride to a stunning property to enjoy our BEST SELLING hands-on cooking lesson with a local family where you'll be treated to a taste of their wine produced on the property and a full multi-course meal based on the fruits of your labor.
After lunch, you'll return to your accommodations for a relaxing afternoon free to explore the area on your own.
Suggestions include - visit a local gelateria for a limoncello gelato, caffe in Piazza Tasso to a chance to people watch or simply enjoy a late afternoon passigiata with the locals!
Dinner on your own - we are happy to make suggestions and reservations at one of our favorite restaurants or pizzerias.
Day Four
Breakfast in your B & B
Private transfer to the Naples airport or train station. Time to say Arriverderci to Sorrento!
PRICE
1060 euro per person (based on double occupancy)
Minimum 2 persons - Solo travelers may book a special program with a surcharge based on availability of accommodations.

Payment and reservation information:
Upon confirmation of availability, a deposit of 30% and the completed and submitted registration form will secure your reservation and placement in this program.
Final payment is due in full 60 days before your arrival date. If you are booking this class within 60 days of arrival, payment is due in full at time of booking to confirm your placement in the above program. We will also need a credit card number to reserve your B & B or hotel room to cover incidentals and other personal expenses at your hotel during your trip.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your class at least 45 days prior to your date of arrival, a 50% refund of deposit will be made (less a $50 per person, non-refundable booking fee); however, if you cancel your trip 45 days or less from the first date of your program, no refund will be made for any reason.
Ciao Laura, LLC reserves the right to alter its programs at any time due weather or other unforeseeable occurrences. In this case, we will work with the client to provide alternative arrangements; however, there are no guarantees. No refund or make-up classes will be provided to students who miss their scheduled classes due to illness or other reason.
