Itinerary for the week:
Sunday
Private transfer from the Napoli Airport or Train Station to your deluxe accommodations in Sorrento; Arrival and check-in to your queen room with its own private bathroom. Laze on your terrace or enjoy the sites of Sorrento for the afternoon, and upon return enjoy a complimentary aperitivo prior to you heading out and enjoying one of the many renowned local restaurants just a few minutes from the villa.
Monday
After a glorious nights rest, arise to a gourmet buffet breakfast served downstairs on the Pool Terrace. After breakfast, prepare to get your hands dirty with your special three-course cooking lesson focusing on the art of the Napolitan pizza making!
You will then enjoy the fruits of your labor at lunch on the pool terrace. Once finished, you are free to relax by the pool or the formal lounge or enjoy another afternoon of site seeing in Sorrento on your own.
Tuesday
Enjoy breakfast before your private transfer to glorious Ravello for a cooking lesson with the world famous Mamma Agata and her Hidden Treasure!
Upon completion of your cooking lesson, you will enjoy lunch on the patio overlooking Ravello, including free time to enjoy Mamma's beautiful lemon gardens and explore Ravello before your private transfer back to Sorrento.
Free time to explore Sorrento on your own in the evening. Dinner on your own; however, we doubt you will want to eat after such a HUGE afternoon feast!
Wednesday
Breakfast in the villa
8:30 am Pickup in Sorrento for a full day excursion to famous Avellino wineries for vineyard & cellar tours, wine tastings and traditional Neapolitan style lunch.
Visits include a cellar tour at the famous Mastrobernadino wineries and a tour and tasting of the Top wines to include a gourmet lunch at the famous Feudi di San Gregorio wineries.
Late afternoon/early evening - Private transfer back to Sorrento and dinner on your own
Thursday
9 am - Pickup for a full day excursion to Pompeii
10 am - Guided tour of Pompeii with your professional tour guide to include visit to private reserved houses in Pompeii that are available by reservation only.
12:30 pm - Free time for lunch in Pompeii (lunch not included)
2 pm – Private transfer back to Sorrento to relax before the evening activity
5 pm - Private transfer to Ravello for a personal wine tasting with Gennaro.
Gennaro is the most knowledgeable sommelier along the Amalfi Coast and he will introduce you to the varietal's of the region.
This fantastic excursion includes a wine tasting paired with a wonderful selection of typical salami and cheeses of the region, served with organic honey and homemade marmalade. And if that wasn't enough to please your palette, the chef will prepare a traditional Neapolitan dish especially for you including freshly baked farm bread, olive oil and olives from the garden.
Private transfer back to Sorrento
Friday
Light breakfast in the villa;
Pickup at 9 am for a private guided mozzarella excursion and tasting at the oldest family owned and operated mozzarella factory on the Sorrentine peninsula. Transfer back to your accommodations.
1 pm – Pickup at your villa accommodations for private guided tour of the Amalfi Coast with stops in Positano and Amalfi to shop and explore on your own.
Saturday
9:30 am - Hands-on cooking lesson in the heart of Sorrento with a lovely family where you will be introduced to authentic flavors of the area, including a visit to the family’s private wine cellar. This is one of our most popular classes and it is held in a stunning villa filled with lush gardens, fountains and a pool. Lunch based on the fruits of your labor, served next to the pool or under a Pergolato (weather permitting)
2:00 pm - Free time to explore Sorrento and shop. Dinner will be on your own this evening.
Sunday
Breakfast and departure. Private transfer back to Napoli Train Station or Naples Airport; Ciao to Sorrento!

*Note that Easter attracts high season rates and a supplement of 150 euro per person is due during the week before or after Easter
Due to the popularity of this program, the days of the week for your above excursions may vary slightly based on availability at the time of booking; however, we will do our best to stick to the above itinerary as closely as possible and all excursions listed in the program will be included in your weekly program. Tour package can commence on another day of the week, based on availability.

- 1 Cooking lesson with Mamma Agata to include lunch/wine and a special limoncello demonstration and tasting
- 1 Hands-on pizza lesson at your villa
- Evening Wine & Cheese Tasting with Gennaro in Ravello to include full meal, grappa & chocolate tasting
- Full day excursion to Avellino wineries to include five-star lunch at famous Feudi winery and cellar tours of Feudi di San Gregorio and Mastroberardino wineries
- Mozzarella factory tour and tasting with home-prepared pasta and tasting of cheeses and local products
- Famous Amalfi Drive with time to shop & explore Positano and Amalfi Private transfer in a luxury sedan or mini-van

Travel insurance, however you must either show proof of travel insurance or sign a waiver that you have declined travel insurance before this trip is confirmed.
DEPOSIT
Upon confirmation of availability, a deposit of 30% and the completed and submitted registration form will secure your reservation. Final payment is due in full 60 days before your arrival date. If you are booking this class within 60 days of arrival, payment is due in full at time of booking to confirm your placement in the program. We will also need a credit card number to reserve your hotel room to cover incidentals and other personal expenses at your hotel during your trip.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your trip at least 45 days prior to your date of arrival, a 50% refund of deposit will be made (less a $50 per person, non-refundable booking fee). If client cancels less than 45 days, no refund will be made for any reason. This is non-negotiable.
Should a school need to cancel your program/trip, a full refund, less a $50 per person, non-refundable booking fee, will be made to each client. Ciao Laura, LLC reserves the right to alter its programs at any time due weather or other unforeseeable occurrences. In this case, we will work with the client to provide alternative arrangements; however, there are no guarantees. No refund or make-up classes will be provided to students who miss their scheduled classes due to illness, injury or any other reason.
Does not include the following:
Transportation to/from hotel on any daily excursion where it is not specifically stated above Airfare, tips, gratuities, travel insurance, charges incurred at the hotel such as room service or any other incidental or personal expenses.

IMPORTANT NOTE – Much of the Amalfi Coast is not handicap accessible and can be difficult to maneuver for those persons with limited mobility. If you fit this description, please let us know and we will be happy to make alternative suggestions to your itinerary, such as a day trip to Napoli, including a visit to the Archaeological Museum and lunch at a famous pizzeria
For those travelers wishing to partake in a tour of Pompeii, the following clothing items are suggested for this visit:
Walking shoes with rubber soles or hiking boots (not flip flops or sandals!) Layered clothing due to the changes in weather conditions; Water bottle; Waterproof jacket (check your weather before departure) Suntan lotion and a hat during hot and sunny times of year to avoid sunburn
