Pizza never tasted this good and once you have practiced making your own authentic Neapolitan style pizza in Rome, you will be equipped with the necessary skills to recreate the experience right in the comforts of your very own home.
Here is a description of your pizza cooking lesson in Rome:
10:00 a.m. - Arrival at the Restaurant, introduction to the Master "Pizzaiolo" and tasting of the pizza
Explanation of the importance of the various qualities and origin of the flour
Introduction to the story of the pizza and its evolution
Demonstration of the preparation of the dough followed by the preparation of your own pizza
Explanation of the differences between various types of ovens, their construction and characteristics
Cooking and tasting of the pizzas prepared by the clients
Luncheon of an appetizer and various pizzas "al metro" (by the meter) followed by a brief seminar on the various drinks to accompany a pizza
This class is family friendly and is designed to accommodate chefs of all ages and experience levels. It’s all about fun, family and friends, so please join us won’t you?
120 Euro per person
Class is offered year-round, based on availability of the chef only.
Please note that this price does not include transportation, room and board or any other excursions.
Minimum of 2 persons per class; discounts available for groups of 8 or more and children ages 12 and younger - please inquire.
Terms of Payment and Cancellation Policy:
A non-refundable deposit of 24 euro per person is due to confirm your lesson. The remaining balance of 96 euro per person is due in cash on the day of the lesson (euro only please).
We also require a credit card number to reserve your placement. The credit card will not be charged for the remaining balance due unless we receive cancellation after the initial booking (upon receipt of your non-refundable deposit) and in this case, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the balance due in the event of a no show or cancellation for any reason.
Please note that no credit will be given for anyone who decides not to cook after the initial deposit is received, and the client will still be responsible for paying for the person if you do not show for class or decide that you no longer wish to participate. If the class is canceled by the school, your deposit will be returned in full less wiring fees, if applicable.
We highly advise you to purchase travel insurance in the event of emergency, illness, change in your itinerary, accident or act of God, which we are not responsible for covering. This includes missed transfers and connections and if the client is not able to find the driver, you agree to call the number provided in the confirmation letter and not hold us responsible for a missed transfer. Under no circumstances shall we be held responsible for any additional refunds of purchases made by the students for travel related expenses, or otherwise.
