Enjoy a one of a kind cooking lesson taught by a local chef, who is a native of Capri. In this class, the chef will introduce you to authentic Caprese and Neapolitan recipes in the comfort of her home. This is a private lesson and a unique introduction to the wonderful flavors and fresh foods in the area.
During your cooking lesson, the chef will incorporate fresh ingredients from the garden into local Neapolitan recipes such as eggplant parmigiana, stuffed zucchini flowers or risotto a limone
for a starter followed with a fish dish all'acqua pazza, insalata verde
and the traditional torta Caprese.
